RETURNS & EXCHANGES within UAE
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We offer free returns or exchanges within UAE, within 15 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. No return/exchange fees nor restocking fees will be charged.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you with further information.
Kindly note we are able to process returns and exchanges for orders placed on SEAFFAIR.COM only. If you wish to return or exchange an item bought with or through a retail partner, please contact the retailer from which you purchased the item.
