Returns & Exchanges
Please understand that we don't do any returns.
We only accept exchanges of received damaged items within 7 days from the date your order was received. The item has to be in its original packaging, in unworn and unwashed condition. Upon availability, we only replace to the same item.
Please note that we do not take over any responsibility in terms of costs, delivery or insurance of the goods when exchanging items.
In case you decide to exchange the item, please send us an email with the picture of the damaged good to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you with the shipping address.
In case of an exchange you agree to take over all the cost: shipping, import tax and custom duty costs to SEAFFAIR LLC as well as back to your destination. Costs are non-refundable.
Please choose a courier of your choice for returning the goods. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for any loss.
