Within UAE we offer FREE RETURNS within 14 DAYS of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
We offer an extended 30-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY to a different product, refund or a store credit.

Outside UAE we offer RETURNS AT CUSTOMER EXPENSES within 14 DAYS of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
We offer an extended 30-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY at customers expenses to a different product, refund or a store credit.
GENERAL EXCEPTIONS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
- DISCOUNTED items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in ORIGINAL CONDITION and PRODUCT PACKAGING.
- Returned items must have NO VISIBLE SIGNS OF WEAR OR USE
- GIFT CARDS
- PERSONALIZED ITEMS
- HYGIENE PRODUCTS (including swimwear when the hygiene sticker is removed)
- BEAUTY PRODUCTS
