As soon as your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Make sure you are available at the address and time of delivery as well as reachable on the telephone number that you shared with us, as orders are not refunded when not accepted by the recipient and returned to us.

As soon as delivery has been confirmed by courier, we are no longer responsible for lost items or stolen packages.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

We offer free returns or exchanges within UAE, within 15 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. No return/exchange fees nor restocking fees will be charged.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
